Cleemy Desu Wayo discovered that Gzip incorrectly handled certain
filenames. If a user or automated system were tricked into performing zgrep
operations with specially crafted filenames, a remote attacker could

The most severe of these vulnerabilities contains hard-coded credentials. Depending on the privileges associated with the user an attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights.
